Wendy Barnett, CEO
Wendy joined Big Bend as CEO in January 2026, bringing nearly a decade of healthcare leadership experience with a strong track record of strengthening operations, enhancing patient experience, and driving sustainable growth. She earned her MBA from Louisiana State University and her Bachelor of Science in Healthcare Administration and Management from Colorado State University.
George Wiley, Interim CFO
George has served as Interim CFO since May 2026 and has also held interim CFO roles at Odessa Regional Medical Center and Scenic Mountain Medical Center within Quorum. With more than 25 years of acute care leadership experience across the country, he provides strategic financial leadership, operational improvement, and organizational transformation during periods of transition. George holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting, a Master of Healthcare Administration, and an MBA.
Yolanda Jurado, RN, CNO
Yolanda Jurado, RN, CNO, brings 38 years of nursing experience and a strong background in clinical and executive leadership. She returned to Big Bend Regional Medical Center in 2023 and was appointed Chief Nursing Officer in May 2024, having previously served as CNO from 2017–2020 and as OB Director. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center. Her leadership is focused on advancing patient safety, quality outcomes, nursing excellence, and a culture of accountability and collaboration.
